- Call monitoring covers all incoming and outgoing calls.
- The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the person calling the PDC, expressed by continuing the conversation.
- Recordings are kept for 90 days.
- Where the recordings constitute evidence in legal proceedings or the PDC becomes aware that they may constitute evidence in such proceedings, the time limit shall be extended until the proceedings have become final.
- Recorded conversations will be made available only to persons and authorities authorised to do so.
