  3. Recording of telephone calls is used to increase security and improve the quality of customer service.
  4. All incoming and outgoing calls are covered by call monitoring.
  5. The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent of the caller to the administrator expressed by continuing the conversation.
  6. Recordings are kept for a period of 90 days.
  7. In the case where the recordings constitute evidence in a proceeding conducted under the law or the administrator becomes aware that they may constitute evidence in the proceeding, the period is extended until the legal conclusion of the proceeding.
  8. Recorded conversations will be shared only with persons and authorities authorized to do so.
  9. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
  10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner.
  11. With regard to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
    • access to personal data concerning it;
    • rectification of personal data;
    • deletion in the situations specified in Article 17(1) RODO subject to Article 17(3) RODO;
    • restriction of processing;
